Mahi Mahi and Radish Sprouts

Last night we had mahi mahi quickly marinated in soy sauce and wasabi with steamed broccoli on the side.

I also made a salad with butter lettuce, feta cheese and radish sprouts. I saw these in a little container at the Asian market last week and decided to try them out. They are tasty, and inexpensive. I'm pretty sure I've had them in salads at restaurants before without realizing what they were. They sure fancy up a salad.

I also finally organized my new cookbooks, and other gifts. Although I'm still uncertain where to put the ice cream maker, everything else is in place. My husband had given me Julia Child's The Art of Mastering French Cooking (Vol. 1 and 2), but so far I've been too intimidated to sit down and read them. But they sure look pretty on my shelf.
