Fancy Beans Series: Baked Beans with Corn

This sounds weird right? It kind of was. But I was hungry, and I wanted beans. Unfortunately, my pantry stock had been sucked dry, and all I had left was a can of baked beans.

I crave baked beans about three times a year, and although I wasn't craving them that night, I decided to make do. I pulled corn from the freezer, and added some to my warming pot, along with some cumin and papkira. The corn was actually a good choice. I heated up paratha, and ate this completely strange, but satisfying meal in front of the TV. Ahh, TV, it h ad been almost two weeks.
