Simple Sandwiches, with Cheese Spread

What do you do with leftover cheese spread? Well, I guess it depends on what kind it is. This was the cream and goat cheese combo I used for my brunch tea sandwiches, and I had a good amount left. So, using other leftovers, I made simple and fresh-tasting salami, basil and green onion sandwiches, on toasted lavash bread.
I love the mustard seed salami you can find at Armenian delis. Its got lots of flavor and is great on its own, or in wraps. The purple basil also worked well in this sandwich, its delicate flavor balancing the sharp green onions. With homemade pickles on the side, this made for a quick and tasty afternoon snack.
