Quick Ramen Lunch

I love ramen, and crave it all the time. And when I'm stuck at home, unwilling to travel, I like to fancy up store-bought (refrigerated, not dried) ramen noodles with tofu and veggies.

Last weekend, I used a few leaves of napa cabbage, silken tofu, scallions and sriracha sauce to add a little extra flavor to the prepackaged stuff. Then I slurped them up in front of the TV.
