Kimchi Ramen

A bowl of ramen has quickly become my go-to meal when I'm alone, hungry and would rather watch Netflix than cook. This version features radish and napa kimchi, silken tofu, scallions, and a packet of fresh ramen. I bring my water to a boil, add the mystery spice packets, kimchi, noodles, and a few minutes later, drop in the tofu and scallions.

Transfer to a deep bowl, and slurp away.
